What documents do founders need?

PAN and Aadhaar of each director and subscriber, address proof, passport-size photographs, a registered-office proof (utility bill plus owner NOC or lease), and digital signature certificates which we procure for you.

Should I choose a private limited company or an LLP?

If you plan to raise venture capital, issue ESOPs or sell equity, a private limited company is almost always right. An LLP suits professional-services and family businesses that value lower compliance over equity fundraising. We analyse this with you before filing anything.

What compliance starts immediately after incorporation?

Within 180 days you must file INC-20A (commencement of business); within 30 days hold the first board meeting and appoint the statutory auditor; issue share certificates within 60 days; and maintain statutory registers. We hand you a compliance calendar and can run it for you.
