Our approach

Substance over box-ticking.

Practical governance. We build governance that improves decisions, not just paperwork that satisfies a checklist.
Regulator-aligned. Frameworks mapped to the Companies Act, SEBI LODR and SS-1/SS-2 secretarial standards.
Independent perspective. An outside, senior view your board can trust — candid and constructive.
Common questions

Governance FAQ.

We're planning an IPO — what governance do we need in place?
Listing requires an independent and balanced board, functioning audit, nomination-remuneration and stakeholder committees, RPT and insider-trading policies, and SEBI LODR-ready disclosures. We assess your gaps and put the framework in place ahead of the DRHP.
Is board evaluation mandatory?
For listed companies and certain others, annual board evaluation is required under the Companies Act and SEBI LODR. We conduct independent evaluations that meet the requirement and genuinely improve board effectiveness.
Can you advise unlisted and family companies too?
Yes. Strong governance benefits private and family businesses as much as listed ones — we right-size the framework, often alongside our family-business and succession advisory.
